54.60 Africa Tickets - London
Africa's future rests solely on the moral, and social code, and zeal of eleven adventurous friends. Given just seven days by their ancestral ‘mother’ - they must prove that their continent is worth celebrating and not burying to the rest of the world.
Their travels take them through 54 countries, countless boundaries, and encountering endless risks. Life stories, destinies, and history become rewritten forever. 54.60 Africa is a white-knuckle, pan-African, cross-cultural, and exhilarating encounter at the Arcola Theatre, brought to life through live music, word, song, and dance.
The play finds its inspiration from its author's travels - visiting every one of Africa’s then 54 nations before reaching his 60th birthday.
The show's ensemble features Munashe Chirisa (The Play That Goes Wrong), Suzette Llewellyn (Eastenders), Ugandan pop group The Ganda Boys, and Patrice Naiambana (Baba Segi) along with numerous other members from the cast of The Secret Lives of Baba Segi’s Wives.
